What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a type of talking therapy, that combines the use of psychotherapy with hypnosis. Hypnosis, sometimes called trance is a very natural, relaxing state, encouraged by using guided relaxation, where the mind can relax and then focus on thoughts and suggestions that might be useful.

“Before I found Michelle I was really struggling to deal with chronic pain 24/7, depression and anxiety, I completely lost all doubt in myself and was a mess to the point where I would cry at anything negative and bad going on in my life.
